Privacy Policy

What we collect

Name, phone number, email (optional), and the birth details (date, time, place) or names you enter for the reports you purchase. Payment details are handled entirely by Cashfree — we never see or store card or bank information.

What we do NOT collect

Aadhaar, bank details, OTPs or passwords. We will never ask for these — treat anyone who does as fraudulent.

Palm photos

Palm photos are processed in memory to generate your reading and are never written to disk or a database. They are discarded immediately after analysis.

Retention

Birth details are automatically purged 30 days after your order. Generated report text is retained so you can re-download your purchase.

Sharing

We never sell your data. Report pages have unguessable links; share them only with people you trust.
